Terms of Service

These terms of service apply to all offers, assignments and agreements of MastAdev Studio, based in the Netherlands.

1. Definitions

• MastAdev Studio: the service provider, offering web design and development services.
• Client: the individual or legal entity commissioning the work.
• Agreement: the written or digital arrangement between both parties.

2. Offers and quotes

All quotes and offers from MastAdev Studio are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. An agreement is established after written or digital confirmation by both parties.

3. Payment

We operate a 50% upfront at project start and 50% upon delivery payment structure. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and not deadlines unless agreed in writing. Delays caused by missing content or feedback from the client are outside our responsibility.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, MastAdev Studio transfers all rights to the delivered website to the client. Code, designs and materials developed by MastAdev Studio become the property of the client.

6. Liability

MastAdev Studio's liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant assignment. MastAdev Studio is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profits.

7. Amendments

MastAdev Studio reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes apply to new assignments after the publication date.

8. Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
